1. How do I enter the facility and open
my locker?
When you make a reservation, you will receive a QR code and a passcode
via email. To enter the facility, scan the QR code at the entrance. Then,
inside the facility, scan the same QR code on the main screen located in the
center of the lockers. The assigned door will open automatically.
2. What are the access hours?
The facility is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. All rentals are valid
only within this timeframe.
3. What happens if I arrive after 10:00
p.m.?
Access is only permitted until 10:00 p.m. If you do not retrieve your
belongings before this time, you will have to wait until 6:00 a.m. the
next day and extend your reservation for an additional day.
4. Can I enter multiple times with the
same QR code?
Yes, the same QR code will allow you to enter and exit the facility and open
your locker during the rental period.
5. How long does a rental day?
The rental is valid from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you need to use the
locker after this period, you must rent an additional day.
6. What should I do if my QR code
doesn’t work?
If you have issues with your QR code, check that it has not expired and that
your phone screen is clean and bright. If the problem persists, enter the
manual passcode on the main reader assigned when you made your reservation.
7. Can I change lockers after making a
reservation?
No, your reservation is assigned to a specific locker. To change it, you must
cancel the reservation and make a new one (subject to availability).
8. Can I share my QR code with someone
else?
It is not recommended to share your QR code, as it is personal and
non-transferable. The security of your belongings is your responsibility.
9. How do I end my rental?
Simply retrieve your belongings before 10:00 p.m. and close the locker.
No further action is required.
10. What happens if I forget my
belongings inside the locker?
If you do not remove your belongings before closing time, you will have to wait
until the next day to retrieve them. Additional charges may apply for
overdue lockers.
